Fried Egg Cake anyone? - Well not literally!... This ingenious creation by inventor of blog Mowielicious is in fact cake with a topping made from apricots and vanilla pudding cream.. I know it looks deceiving doesn't it! Well this is definitely how I would have my eggs this morning :) .....creative recipe heaven right there!
